I have this ripple on the output of lf357 and i don’t know how to fix it or if it is normal. The other photo is the signal acros coil leads and looks good. In my opinion will not affect operation because is in the first 10uS and i never use that delay for this type of detector. What do you think guys? Many thanks!

first of all i congrut you that you have original LF357 or one near it at least.
yes, because you see the ripple. it is sure indicates opamp has needed slew rate.
yes, with 40us min first delay this ripple will not affect operation. but some people want to rretune
DP to 10us. then they have to pick up the overdamping resistor value more precisely, decreasing in low side.
in original DP circut it is 1.1 kOhm. yes, 1.1 k, i do not lie.
i do not write nothing new. that is standart understanding in PI and you can find that in

You can still find genuine LF357 on ebay. I tried also MAC157 (from Poland) and have same performance, see video.
