I have Rev B edition Gerber files. Is there a Rev C available out there?
If not and I decided to go ahead with the Rev B build.
Is there sufficient info / assistance available in case I get stuck?
As I understand. The Crossbow was never fully completed and went into part publishing before finalization with only one builder making a success of it.

There were 13 Crossbow detectors built using the REV-A board. After that the design was sent to Sven and subsequently there were REV-B and REV-C layouts created.
Please be aware that the Crossbow is a complex design that is not suitable for beginners, and there are no build instructions.

      Thanks Qiaozhi
Is this not enough to build from?
Not sure where I got it.
Inspiration came from a YT channel.

        To be honest ... NO.
That's a set of notes made by someone who was a member of Sven's website. It doesn't even include a schematic.

You would be better off building the MPP Rev-E, which can achieve near to the same depth if set up correctly. Otherwise you could try building Hammerhead, which comes with an excellent article written by Carl. The Crossbow is a derivative of Hammerhead, so you should be able to achieve at least the same performance.

              Blimey!
Let us know if it sells for that price.

It's an original Crossbow, but with a straight stem.

I finished my build of the Rev C version last week. It was an interesting and successful build and I believe that I will package this one up 100% to use at the beach.

                      George,
Do you perchance have the spec or model of the aluminum enclosure that was used for the Crossbow? I like the look of it and would like to get one for my clone if possible.

                      Thanks.

The enclosures came from Lincoln Binns -> https://lincolnbinns.com/uniobox-2.html
                        It was a Uniobox 2, width = 104mm, length = 160mm

They also offer a hole cutting and laser printing service -> https://lincolnbinns.com/customisati...nclosures.html

The PCB was mounted on a carrier plate (supplied by Lincoln Binns) that slotted into the side rails -> https://lincolnbinns.com/shop/alumin...cessories.html

Same here. My boards arrived on Friday and it was completed today. Maintains a strong signal where others trail off.
Nice project you created there George.
