  • Hello.
    I have a question from experts please guide me.

    If i replace IRF740(N FET 400v 10A) with BU508A(NPN 1500v 8A) in transmitter section can reach more depth.

    I mean with Increasing power(Voltage here) more depth can be obtained?

      Will not get a significant improvement in depth because the performance of fet best of BU and the important here is amps.***Improvement depends on the coil and design****

        additionally you will need setting a transformer in Base of the NPN like you see this decision-section in TV sets. it will give a more controlling current in the Base, because NPN is controlled be current, not by voltage like MOS-FET. or you can try Darlington type BU808DF, no need to set the transformer in this case. there are much mos-fet's besides IRF740, BTW. 2SK1120 2SK727 are 1000V, for example. 2SK1317 is 1500V.

              -for the number of LCD--->u connection rong.
              -for RX see pdf 1...ok
              -for connection see pdf 2.
              --connect two LED for discrimiation,its test if pic work..ok

                  after doing these work can i reach more depth or not?
                  i asked this question because i see a cut off(400V) on flyback voltage on oscope.its because of irf740.Click image for larger version

                  • your problem is that you look on schematic and do not wish to notice there HV diode in DRAIN pin of the IRF740. this mod is being done ESPECCIALY FOR WHAT you WRITE NOW.

                    • In terms of "energising" the targets there is not much difference between the spiky and flat top response. There are two differences though, you'll not observe any arcing in standard cables so you'll not fry your pinky in a process, but the avalanche limitation is quite noisy.

                          I know what you say.i added this diode before but result wasnt so good.I dont want explore my problem any more here.anyway thanks for your help.regards

                            to finish this problem can you give me points - and + of the LEDs. and the location of point P1 P2 P3 P4 P5 and P9 on the delta pulse klasik pcb.

                                I tested the Hex file his Working good and you are reason of these value for RX

                                I used two RX = 4.7K

                                Finaly I need your English version for Hex file as the first
