how much can we increase it ?

    Regards
Delta Pulse was designed for 12 Volts.
I try to give more tension, 15-16 Volts, but stops working.
When the low battery voltage, the sensitivity decreases somewhat.
Use fully charged batteries, is the best option.

    • sensitivity = pump out pulse WIDTH (POWER), that you see on old schematic called by strange word NOISE. try maximum value 500us for to increase the sens.

      • hi matrix
dp 2 is a good detector
you can use 12V7A battery for that
        thats normaly current is 150ma
        good luck!

                • It's hard to help from here.
I can only say that the TL062 is not power device. Its power consumption is very low so not to take temperature.
Check the PCB and compare with the scheme, it is likely that there is any short circuit between the tracks, use a magnifying glass. Check the value and the correct installation of the nearby component.
Replace the TL062, may be damaged.
                  regards

Please help me! I searched all in the internet the Delta Pulse PIC18F252 LCD display circuit, but i dont found them. Somebody can I help me?
Second question: I have a PIC16F676 LCD display shematic and circuit. This LCD circuit can be discriminate different material metals? Or not?

                              • Hi Attilawap

The Delta Pulse 2 PIC16F676 LCD display does not allow to discriminate between ferrous and non-ferrous metals. However, Delta Pulse 2+ which uses the PIC18F252 LCD display provides a reasonable way to discriminate between ferrous and non-ferrous metal provided that you calibrate and tune the LCD circuit very carefully. All the files for the Delta Pulse 2+ have been posted on this forum, and you can access them at the following two URLs (thanks to Freedan3d and Japanese). The second URL contains the demo version of the hex file for the LCD which was posted by Japanese. The file name is disc.rar and the password for the RAR files is: jap.

I have the full version of the hex file for the PIC18F252, but we would need to obtain permission from Elbombaci (Uykusuz, Sleepless) if we can upload it on this forum. Alternatively, if anyone has the full hex file for the PIM-2 version 5 or 6 (not demo), I will arrange a fair exchange for my file.
                                Hope this helps.

                                Ciao
