      Don't try that with gasoline.

test all soldering connection ... all ok ...

In the distance, we can only suggest possible solutions.
If we have no pulse TR2, obviously comprises the step and its associated circuitry 556, do not work.
This step will not work if lefalta feeding, which is the first thing to check, it often happens that for some reason opens one of the diodes D8 and D9, lacking the tension "-E".
Check the voltage on pin 7 and 14 of the 556 "-E" and nearby components.

Tensions in D5 pin 1 and 7 alrrededor fluctuate from 0 Volts.
Same for D7 on pin 1 and 7.
When metal is close to the coil, the voltage at pin 1 of D7, increases towards negative. The voltage at pin 7 of D7, increases towards positive, more than 4 volts if the object is large.
In turn, the voltage at pin 7 of D8 (555) increases to over 3 volts negative.

mohandes, send me a photo taken with the oscilloscope, the waveform at point "A" of the scheme, to compare with my DP. (ver.6 dp.JPG)

                      • tnx .... i fixed problem

                        dead 1N4148

Changed 1N4148 .. but after 30min burned down again :/

maybe can be replaced with a better diode?

Generally these diodes are burned during rehearsals, when we make a short circuit.
Disconnect the coil and measure the total consumption, the value should be 40 to 50 mA if all is well.
If burned during power up, the cause could be very high value capacitors C7 and C8.
Normal for C7 and C8 is 1000 and 10 mF.
Can utizar other diodes, but it is preferable to find the cause.

please measure by multimeter D10 out put pins and D7-2,3,1,6,7 and put it here (when coil connected do this please )
                            regards

Edit : i have 10volts on 555-3 and it is dc voltage ( is line wave not square wave or..wave )
                            regards

Delta Pulse, Automatic Mode, coil connected away from all metal.
Oscilloscope vertical sensitivity 10 mV per frame.
                              Photo
                              Signal in "D9 pin 11".
                              Signal in "D9 pin 2" .
                              Signal in "D10 pin 2".

                              Tensions in D7:
                              Pin 2, 58 mV
                              Pin 1, 5-10 mV negative.
                              Pin 7, 100-400 mV positive.

In my opinion, the integrator does not work or missing some or Tr5; Tr4 pulse, can be a key 4066.
                              luck
