tell me about small coil number of turns an wire size?? is the resistance and inductance same as 1*1 meter coil?

this is test coil 350uH. with ferrite rod. 1x1m coil is 550uH, 16 turn.
resistance... i do not interested in measuring resistance... 3 or 1 ohm - is difference?? in what???

voltage of a capacitor. must be ABOVE of a voltage in a place it is used. for example, power supply is 12 V. that is mean you must take a cap on 16V. ABOVE!!!
