    Hi,

why do you not use an easy available water proof connector which you can find on amazon? These connectors come also with a socket included and are available from 2 upto 9 pins.
Check it out. Here in the link. https://www.amazon.com/Waterproof-Co.../dp/B07B8LSTND

is it possible for you to take some more nice pictures of the original case and the PCB / electronic? And post it here into this forum for reference?
    Thanks in advance.

Thanks for the reply. I have a few units with multiple coils and would prefer the original connector to maintain interchangeability between units and coils without having to replace all existing connectors.

Often the manufacturer's name is embossed on the rear of the connector. For some reason I want to say Bulgin connectors but I may be thinking of someone else's detector.

Kenne-Bill I also have the Cuda: I have three Anchor Electronics Barracuda PI machines. Two of my coil connectors broke, the pins snapped, and my third coil the ring that screws the connect to the machine cracked, so I only have one good coil left. I have 2 8" and 2 12". I found a person that I was referred to me by Dixie metal detectors that may be able to fix my issues, I amd shipping the units to him, I am thinking of having them hard wired, 2 of them with the 12 inch coil and 1 with the 8inc coil. He is going to evaluate them and see what he can due. either hard wire or new connectors.

Would you like me to ask him if he would also be interested in helping you out?

                    Thank you,
