bringing in a repair... 'no reaction'... may anybody share pics of power wires soldering points on the board? i see damages....

The power input wire joints look terrible and there seems to be some PCB damage in that area. I'd remove the black and red wires then cut them back a bit to expose some nice clean strands. Clean the old solder off the boards then re-attach with nice clean joints.... After repairing any PCB damage there may be.
