I am building two PI units, one I have already posted about.
This one is for my grandaughter to use when we are on the coast, I used a repurposed case on my Mini pulse unit, this one is different!
I found a nice box on fleabay that is long enough for the Surf 1.2, the handle is a crutch from fleabay also.
The last issue I need to sort out is a case to house the coil, any ideas would be very welcome.
The case cost me £8.49 shipped and the crutches were £19.99 for a pair brand new.
The battery will be a external 18V Makita, with an internal 12V regulator. The case is big enough I think to house enough batteries to power the unit.
I chose to opt for external to ensure long duration.
