  • Looking for a LIGHT PI metal detector

    Hello,

I have to resell my beloved Vallon VHM3CS which brought me many good finds. I'm too old for this heavy beast, so I'm looking for another beach PI, *a light, very light one*.

I've seen on eBay that there were CLONE PI-W "made in Ukraine", which are about 1.4 kg. Do anyone here know if they are any good? The same seller also sells a "Pirat TL" PI metal detector.

There are also the Headhunter Pirate Pro, also 1.4 kg, but the coil is only 8 inches (and the same Italian seller sells the very same units anywhere from 99€ up to 220€).

I've heart that NOKTA will "soon" issue a PI, but I'm quite sure it will be a 1000+ €, 4 kg juggernaut of some kind.

If anyone can give me some hints or has a light PI for sale at a reasonable price, I'd be greatly thankful.

    Best regards, MC

If you can find one, the Headhunter PI is a really good beach detector.

Unfortunately, it has been discontinued, and I guess owners know they own a very good machine they shouldn't sell. But yes, this one is on my list.

Yes, there was the C Scope 7 UMD too. All were designed by Eric Foster. The 6 and the 7 have been discontinued, but the 4 is still in production and is 1.4 kg.

          Thanks you.

I saw several for sale. Still pricey. On my list anyway.
