If the schematic of this design was a metal detector, troubleshooting would be easier, but in my opinion, it is better to cut the two connecting wires from the original board to the small board that exit from points A and B, and connect these two points from the original board together and check the performance of the metal detector.

          Hi haylaz0036,

why are you not makeing your own TL12000 PCB? Then you do not need to look for others. Others might work or might not work, depending on what TL12000 schematic / PCB you use. Or check out this link.

TL12000 metal detector - Pulse Induction Metal Detectors

But be aware that there is a lot of nonsense written about the TL12000 on this website.

Dear Geographic Maks, I am a beginner in electronics, I do not have much knowledge, I cannot make PCBs, so I have to use PCBs made by masters, I want to make a simple device with distinction, it can be digital, but it is difficult to find full hex, it is always a demo, I looked at the link you sent, I did that too, it did not work, I did it carefully, it still did not work, the blue pot burns constantly and constantly. ne555 is on, there is a short circuit in the +9V -15 volt potentiometer, which I don't understand. 7809 is on, the pot is on. ne555, which feeds 7809, is on.

                Hi Haylaz0036,
do you have a schematic of your detector which corrospond to your PCB? If not, I would scrap such a project in the first place.
I think you should better look into the Goldscan 4. This can disdriminate iron, has ground balance, has a schematic and a PCB
I have seen also before somewhere in the forum.

Yes, I have a schematic, I want to send the pcb I made.

                          Hi Haylaz0036,

hmm .... something is very much wrong of what you say. If you look at the schematic diagram you can read in the bottom right corner "Drawn by GeoMax" right? That's me. I drew this schematic and I know that I never made a PCB from this schematic. So there is no gurantee that the PCB you have matches 100% with my drawn schematic in the first place. Sencondly this is not my style how I would make a PCB design in the first place.

Harikasın. Diyagrama baktım ve alt köşede adın yazıyor. Çok güldüm. Bu kadar tesadüf olamaz. Bu işte başka bir şey aramıyorum. Diyagramın sahibiyle görüşeceğimi hiç düşünmemiştim. Bay max,

Since there is no warranty, I don't want to waste time.
I decided to do this now, it's not too complicated

This model of TL12000 metal detector, the only difference it has with the original model is that an 0pamp(741) buffer circuit is installed in the output of the IC sampler.
At first, I thought that this circuit was for automatic tuning, but...
Does anyone have auto-tun circuit for this metal detector?
