Do you have an oscilloscope screenshot of the TX signal? What pulse settings is the TX signal set to? And also the schematic that corresponds to your (blue) PCB layout?

This is not the circuit diagram of the blue PCB. I know that for sure. Just have a look at the bottom right corner. I redrew the schematic based on others which are floating around the Internet.

I do not have one because the design has to many design issues. There are better projects on Geotech forum than the TL12000.
