Dear wire, I do not want to teach you electronics. You may notice that there are condensers in parallel to the emitter-base of the transistors. They are part of a capacity divisor. They do not allow high revrs U.Oscillator work perfect.

A 7-khz frequency detector with this oscillator detects very deeply.

How do I get 5.1khz from this circuit. What should be value of series capacitor?

This oscillator works well with a serial capacitor of less than 120 nF.

ID:	354074. Variant 5 khz. Q1andQ4 are replased by one darlington.

Thanks for this. For phase reference signal output, I think I need sine crossover at zero volts? To replace colpits oscillator of 5000D?
I replace 4024 with simple opamp oscillator circuit for audio chopper.
You are funny guy, where do you expect me to get PNP darlington transistor? Ha Ha! Why you not make circuit with MPSA13? This one I have in my parts collection.

I am going to breadboard your circuit, and put it on real scope. Should be interesting.

Go to the store and buy a bc 517 Darlington transistor all. If you do not want to lose, you can also use two transistors.
