yes I tried the reset function, but nothing.
I wonder, because after firmeware changing yesterday, I was able to go into the menu for some minutes, before it switched into the frozen volume.
There is also no TX signal.
I know, that the TX signal should be there also without coil.

Sorry, I get a clear 10 khz TX signal, when I start the Krot for some seconds, as shown in the video. Also RX stage is working normal pin 6 on MCP601. But signals switched off, when the frozen volume comes.
I replaced both MC34119D, with the same result.
So I think the problem is xmega

Maybe it is simply a 'stuck' button or a bad (open or shorted) connection somewhere.

Damned, yes the left button should be shorted.
I checked this out with my SMD Krot, while pushing the left menu button and power on. The result was the same.
Now I have to disassembly my box completly, to take a measurement and hope that it's the damaged button.
Well, sometimes you not see the trees in the forest.

Hi, is krot2 has a demo hex or full one .

I think the last full free version is K2-FAST-S4.
For later full versions, you have to pay small fee.
Anyway a nice project.
