Has anybody noticed that if you change R9 to 3k as it appears on Andrews website, that you can no longer set Urx=0 after shorting RX terminals, any comments?

After changing the processor to Atxmega32A4U, and installing new firmware, I cannot get Zero ADC to 0. The lowest it will go to is 40, Anyone having a similar experience? Any fixes? any suggestions Andrew?
