Hi,
This LCD seems correct.
All HD44780 controlled lcd 5v will fit.
The LCD is powered with 3.3v and the contrast is fed with a negative power by the charge pump.

As i said before, the previous lcd was ok.
You don't need a specific 3.3v lcd. Every 5v ones will fit
