I found the Gerber files in the forums for the Raptor, if you still have the TR detector one, that be nice! when I print out the Bottom copper, as a reference on Page 114, R1,R2,R8 will need to be on the bottom left side correct? so when I flip the board to place the components R1,.... will be place on top left? here a reference to what i'm asking .

In other words, you're looking at the component side of the board. There is no need to flip the board over. This is the same view you get in the PCB package. All layers are viewed through the board.
