    I will post gerbers.

Look up DIRTY CHEAP PCB's China. 4 layer PCB's with silk and resist 10 for $65 USD!!! Like HOLY COW!!

Gerbers up this weekend. Sorry it has taken me so long. I'm busy with family stuff.

OOPS D101 is a DO NOT FIT. I had it in there instead of a coil for testing.

D102 C106 R102 is the snubber. It stops the FET going into avalanche and hence reduces noise.

Yup, Q104 needs a base PULL DOWN resistor . My bad! Dammit now I've got to lay out the damned PCB again, oh sod it I'll just tack on on. WELL SPOTTED ;-).

This design may (cough, cough) need a little work, but I was attempting to reduce the noise levels and other problems which the Surf PI has. When it is done I'll offer it to Andy (SilverDog) as a kit he can sell. Unitl that point, any errors you spot please post them on here.

I have an idea. Be back a little later.

Sean you might want to try DipTrace 2.9 beta - autotrace & autoplace is much better, though manual routing is always best, also time consuming.
