OK Anatoly, thank you for the videos.
This week end I had the detector on my bench
I have some pics with the mobile phone. In the next post if I am able to do, I will publish them
Interesting things:
- 4 PCBs into the main control box, one for the front panel another for the rear panel and horizontal sandwich with the other two
- Electronic looks like new. Interesting the way pots are sealed from the water. They have a rubber piece like a mushroom with a hole in the center for the pot shaft
- Internal part of control box is painted with a graphite paint I think, for shielding. It is connected with the GND of PCBs
Well I am only dismounting the detector. When it will be in separate parts I´ll start to take photographs of PCBs with a camera. They are with serigraphy and components are available to read the values. I think It could be deduced the schematic. But as I have not too much time, I´ll print the PCB photographs and I take notes of the components values over them. Perhaps with more time I´ll paint the schematic starting from this information
For the moment I'll clean and restore the detector, and I'll try no change the alignment pots. I hope it works again
King regards

hi i used to collect old cscopes, and tried to get schematics but they do not release them(cscope), they will fully refurbish any old model no matter how old.
which is ok if you live in the uk and only want one doing, the straw that broke the camels back for me was one of there models was sold years ago under the name parkison pro, it had a blue case instead of green this version was sold under licence by cscope as a self build kit as such it came with a full bench schematic.
my grandfather bought one years ago when he passed i aquired his cscopes, i approached cscope for a copy of the build plan/schematic as it had been lost, they refused to give any schematics out for any machine past or present and even called me a liar saying we never had a build plan.
which was total b.s. so i sold all my cscopes only keeping 2 that were grandads, i will never deal with them again.
p.s. some schematics are around for cscope stuff they are reverse engineered and incorrect steer clear of them, users of this forum have real ones but wont share them they only tease other members with them. if its working dont touch pots just clean it up instabilty is most likely the coil wire, coil plug or coil anyway.
good luck.

Sinclairuser, thank you very much for your comments.
Yes I live outside UK and it is not profitable to send it to repair there.
C.Scope has this policy about no provide schematics, I respect it. Company has to have its reasons. But the case you said is in the absurd field.
So I think that although you has to give a negative answer to a possible customer or future customer, you have to answer the emails. I have no answer to my email from C.Scope. It is not a good commercial action IMHO.
Yes sure there are people that have schematics, but perhaps they are tied with legal issues and they can't publish them. Nevertheless I have my email available if they could provide any help

Yes for the moment I'll try to refurbish the detector, and I will be as careful as I can to maintain the alignment (If it is aligned)
Yes I saw the main instability was the false contact in the coil connector
Thank you again for your comments
King regards to all
