hello, I ride an old sidewinder μmax in minitesoro.

I have already modified the case and the rod, I still have the electrical part for the connector of the disk

I go from a "wreck" detector, I look for the connection diagram of the connector disk in the case.
    Or internal photos.

Ps: or are the post "who am i"(presentation) on the forum?

thank you very much in advance .

sorry for my english(net translator)... i am french ...

          Hi Lou,

I have access to a Tesoro Sidewinder, but it seems to be a little different to yours (PCB layout and number of pins on the ceramic tile, for example). I need some extra information to help understand the differences. Can you look at the two pictures I have attached and answer the questions?

              Hi Lou,

OK, that confirms the black device is a 5V LDO regulator (LM2931A-5.0) which is what I hoped, and the yellow wire you mention is the switched 9V battery positive. So the 9V battery positive should connect to the red wire which is adjacent to the yellow wire on the switched part of the sensitivity control. The switched part should have just two wires (red and yellow). Don't connect the 9V to any of the group of 3 pins on the sensitivity control.

For the coil connections, see the attached picture. You should be able to see the numbers on the connector if you look. The numbering is for an official Tesoro coil.

              Bon Chance,

              Mike
