Hi kt315, nice collection but the folder Turkish_PCB doesn't exists.
Found my board under the folder PCB from erol/1.jpg but no schematic there...
Can you do me a favour and upload a zip file with a tested xr71p schematic and pcb to make from the beginning because i read so much about that machine and probably is the one i need, must get a depth of about 2 meters for an object about 50cm2.
Pcb must be one sided and if possible at eagle format.
If you have another more stable and simpler pi to propose no problem, you know what i need it for.
now a time for reengineering had begun for you and you have to start new project,
draw schematic using your board and do not wait i will do that for you.
use first old schematic of bulgarians for start.
I didn't say that I want you to draw the schematic for me!
All I asked as you are experienced to subject is to propose a new machine to built, a machine you tested and found that works as expected. Thanks for your time.
Diar kt315, first of all thank you very much for your time and willingness to help.
I think i found the error, the pin7 from the UA556 is not connected to the emmiter of the bc546 as it should be.
The upper track stops and is not connected as it should be.
What do you mean? That this is not an error but was made that way? By connecting this I disable a protection? Pin 7 is the vss pin and now it's floating!!!
Sorry but you confused me again! By VT2 and VT3 you mean the pair of the BC transistors I suppose. After I connect the missing track from the pin7 of ua556 to emmiter of the BC transistor what should I be careful for to not overload the pi?
By overload you mean big input signal or is it possible to burn the pi?
Thank you.
PS. Be patient please, someone may have electronic knowledge but not great on pi subject.
ok. do you need electronics basic learning course? if i look on ANY schematic i SEE HOW IT IS WORKING in MY mind for SECONDS!
why you do not see for what VT2 VT3?
Don't need anything but an answer to a question that made in a forum from anyone that knows the answer. That is what forums is all about I believe. Now, to answer your question, no, can't understand what a subcircuit does if haven't fully understand how the whole circuit works. At my case now, no, can't see why the machine will maybe overload by connecting the missing track. All I see now without the track is a non working oscillator, or a partially working one to be exact. Anyway, thank you very much for your help so far. Have a nice tomorrow.
I have gone over all the components on my board and compared them to the pcb that has values listed for each component and all are correct but 2 resistors, one calls for a 4.7k but it has a 10k installed, the other calls for a 27k but has a 21k installed and where LF357 should be ,my board has a LF356n. I don't know if any of these mistakes would cause the problem we have, I am not a circuit guru.
