        +24v is the ground my friend on superscan and in most pi detectors.the circuit is correct and works very fine.

          layout from super scan Looks good, double sided Version could be much smaller

            i made a new pi from GS4 and Superscan ........PCB is 12.8cm X 9.5cm.

            NEW SUPERSCAN PCB is 14cmX8cm

            Αnd my new Duble PCΒ Bone above the other is 12.5cm X 5cm

                  Do you have Data of the coils (inductace ,thikness of the wire. thickness of the ferrite rod)?
                  - the valeur of resistance that connected at pin 2 of 555 in circuit 680k but in pcb 470?
                  - in pcb the capacitor 100uf not placed?

                            For clarification Toyo is this circuit a detector in its own right, or a receiver circuit where RX coil needs to be inductively balanced to a separate TX coil and circuit?
