  • Deepscan iductances and coil detection

Hi, i got a problem when i try to make this powerful PI detector, but unfortunately, I have no information about where I place detection coil and where the other inductances must be soldered, can you help me to make a diagram of this detector ,I mean where detection coil, inductances and pots are placed, thanx.
    best regards.

hi kt315 . I see many of inductance symbol on pcb . I can't figuer out witch one is the detection coil

KT315 is correct. Look at the top right of the pcb, and you will see an IRF740. This is obviously the MOSFET that drives the coil. It is labelled as "BOBIN".

thank you that's right, how anout " ALICI BOBIN " on the top left corner ?
            best regards.

Are you sure the schematic matches the layout? The PCB shows a 709, but that doesn't exist in the schematic.

different pcb, yet different pcb, different schematic, different layout pic from sl. all are different but where is bobin
and why there are two bobin...
sometimes i am feeling myself like i am Eric Foster... doing Goldscan and answering on questions 'where is the bobin here'.

The MOSFET transistor drives the coil. This is where the coil is connected to the circuit. Use coil 23 cm diameter, 20 turns of 0.4 mm enamel copper wire. Inductance 300-350uH. Use damping tool circuit to properly damp the coil, measure resistance and replace with a fixed 2Watt resistor.

I got those files from a Turkish forum called teknolojiekibi
You can find pcb on page15 and its pictures on pages 16...18,and finally the schematic on page 23. http://www.teknolojiekibi.com/yeni/i...topic=8096.300. his is the link
I guess the second coil used with the fist to be double D coil or any shape you shoose to make a descriminating detector , as a second choice .so we can use one single coil or two coils. This is just a guest .
And the other inductance symbols It's a 470K resistors ,I checked the real pcb picture ,and it looks like 470k resistors.
                    Best regards.

This superscan is designed as two coils. TX and RX. You can combine TX and RX TOOL PINS. mono coil to use

Hi Tufan can you show me the value of the inductances uses in this pcb . I don't mean the detecting coil .there are other inductances used in this PCB or fuse resistors I think . I'm confused about what kind of component used here, is it fuse resistor or inductance "L" ?
                        Best regards.

Hi tufan. Can you tell me why they used fuse resistors instead of 10uH inductances.I'm not talking about the detecting coils .
                          Best regards.

superscan there is no inductance coil on the diagram. Only 68mh of coil on the converter.

This schema is not original. and probably won't work. a schema modified by turkish engineers.Click image for larger version
