I simply ask you to elaborate some more on the workings of your circuit. I never for once doubted that it is working very good.
Who the ckuf cares about who invented the computer? That is completely irrelevant.

Tomorrow I'm very close to Bulgaria. Maybe you can drop by at Vlasina lake, so we can test your SBG-PID or just drink some beer.

At first i had doubts on many other things. Than tracing step by step i end up only to suspect on TL071.
So i put DIL 8 socket on one pcb, place one old TL071 from a scrap; and it is working like a charm!
Than i replaced one by one of those 10 new TL's; NONE of those is working at all!???
Fake? Failure? Whose gonna know? ...
Please post a close up photo of one bad chip from top and side and maybe a photo of all 10 together if you can.

This looks like bad news, sorry. I hate this fake stuff, it gets more every year and I fight it in my own way.
These chips look black-topped and remarked. The pins also look strangely re-tinned.
The logo I have not seen before and somehow very faintly resembles a TI logo. Weird.
The writing on the chip is also a bit wonky/jumpy ... modern ones would be lasered.
This dealer does not even have a real picture of the chip in the shop ... for me, no picture or data sheet means no buy.
The seller also does not state the manufacturer. I would rate this place a big thumbs down.
Check everything you have bought in that shop, especially electrolytic capacitors.
Had my first encounter with faked chips in 1992. Re-marked 1 Mbit SOJ from 100ns to 80ns and CPU cache chips for 486 CPU with no function.
They were made in ... can you guess ...
no ...
yes, the united states.
It has happened to many people. You have noticed that something is wrong before putting it on market. That's good.
Its still a big ****ing pain though and frustrating for hobby builders too.

Yes it is the worst dealer in Serbia. Yet lowest possible prices.
So... it's like playing the lottery; to go there and buy material.
Yes i checked few elcos... don't need to tell the "tolerance" i saw ...
So, logical question would be; if you already knew that it is trash dealer: why are you going there and wasting money?
Answer is simplest possible; majority of other dealers in Serbia will sell you the very same trash (n-th grade quality class made in China) but by much higher prices!
Only few of local dealers are able to offer proper quality of material here, but prices are lunatic!
So... i use "quantification method" of solving this huge problem; i buy 5x more quantity of what i really need for project; than i got 1:1 proper material to work with.
For example, if i need 50 x 100nF caps; i buy 300 pieces. And probably 120-150 between those are alright.
That's the usual rate.
Stupid.
Not good.
Sometimes i simply don't have choice.

3 less ugly attempts.
I plan to make "100x70.lay" , yet need to be checked from errors. Since i am seriously out of form and shape.
The other two are only for laugh.
