Can some body make this pcb as diy project with all of its components and offers it to me for sale at eBay?
Because I can't find many components

i have also some full kits with pre assembled pcb and prebuild 27cm high quality coils here

Ok. I usually don't do like that. Because price of pcb and components is usually lower than postal tax.
What's than for me? Nothing. Only waste of time and energy.
But in this case, if you are passionate to wait; i can send you what you want.
But i can not tell you when. It not depends on me and my good will. It depends only on China post.
3 months and 10 days delay for previous parcel that i am still waiting for!!!!
I am completely mad about that!
I will email to my cousin D. Trump and ask him to allow we to nuke them!

I can vouch for this from personal experience. Several first edition copies of ITMD mysteriously went astray when sending to some parts of the world. That's why it's now sold and shipped exclusively by Amazon, as it then becomes their problem.

yet case. a parcel was sent in Pakistan. later tracking said it is on its side, but pakistani man wrote me that he did not receive it.
much noise in PM that 'my post office is badass because losing the packages'. then he did apply in his local sity policy.
a cop found that the parcel was stolen by a postmen. the parcel was found (SIC!!!) at his home. yes, thats happy end but...
just imagine quantity of PMs to me that i am culprit! no apologies certainly from his side up to now.

My experiences are recent, poor and modest comparing to S.dog's , probably yours and certainly KT's.
I ordered probably 20-30 various parts, gadgets and whole devices from China, by Aliexpress.
I received 100% of those until ... this last one, the SMD pre-soldered pcb batch, which is in 3 months delay.
First really bad experience so far. But probably the worst, because i counted on those so hard.
As for me sending abroad... up till recently, up till last year; i was in troubles to do that.
But some things were changed positively in my country and now i can send my packages literally to whole world.
Practical experiences so far; i sent one package to Alaska. Success.
I sent one package to Poland; slight delay due Xmass and New Year holiday... at the end success.
And also i sent one package to France, Germany and Italy... all success. No problems at all.
When i send "3D Ground Scanner" (magnetometer), i put "measuring instrument" on the declaration.
Simply as that. No problem at all. I only put lower price on package. In advance i negotiate with customer about that and explain to him that it is better for me and for him either.
For example if real price is 1600e and customer transfers money to pay pal in advance ; i put 300-500e price on declaration. Lower taxes, "under the radar" sort of speaking.
I pay less to ship ... but also customer pay significantly less import tax in his country.
So... up from recently i can say that most of the problems i had in the past are gone.
This 3 month delay is the first ugly stupid thing that happens to me. China post is horror.
I talked to the pcb producer. They sent me copy of their shipment papers. They did all in time, properly and regularly.
Parcel is stuck to main post of China. It travels back and forth from post to airport deposit so far several times !??
No explanations. No response from those idiots. Nothing.
Let's nuke them! Once for all!
