PinPointer or Hand Held metal detector Schematics Help

I need a PinPointer schematics that to find metals up to 50cm. If anyone know any PinPointer or hand held metal detector that works I will be thankful if send schematics or suggests me what schematics if suitable.

Because I am not searching for small nuggets or a coin. So I asked for help to find low distance metal detector, not 2 or more meters, only up to 50cm for big objects.

Why a pinpointer for large metal objects at a distance of 50cm? This is like standing in front of a bus and hoping to get hit by the fly on the bumper. Makes no sense to me.

You could construct a mini Radar system, but then you would require a tin foil hat for protection from the radiation. And the Authorities would likely place you into permanent quarantine.

Seriously though, I don't know of any pinpointer that meets your criteria.

Perhaps something like this can detect large objects at a distance of 50cm.
It's not exactly your traditional "pinpointer", but it is small enough to be a practical solution. You could package up a Pickini 4 in such a housing and you would be good to go.

Only 50 cm? How about one that finds the gold for you while you sit at home in your comfy chair? (I'm working on it, not much progress yet, but I'll get there).
