Don't know about the beach, but looking at the requirements for some of the IC's I'd reckon the supply voltage would be 12V. This is only a reckon because I don't see any regulators other than a 2.5V shunt diode reg and I don't think would quite do it for the whole circuit.
If somebody on the forum is familiar with the unit they could chime in.
Is the circuit diagram of the relic hawk complete,as i looked at a picture of this detector and it has about five toggle switches,i can only see on the diagram maybe one switch shown with the symbol of an arrow in a circle,is the diagram total complete?also if somebody wanted to make an 8" coil for this detector what would be the specifications.
I am wondering if this is the relic hawk diagram. As far as I can make out the R/H does not have a meter. But this diagram clearly shows one. Also like someone else said where do all the switches connect. There could be another board on the back of the panel perhaps. I wonder if this could be from another detector not relic hawk. It would be great though if some up to date Minelab diagrams turned up. I looked inside one minelab, it was nearly all suface mount and sprayed with white paint. Can't see how you can trace that.
Hi! I have the full working schematic of the relic hawk. This one is waste of time, it is really far away from the original device. I noticed so many differences and errors on this. The whole part of L-M-S is missing. Take my advice and don't waste your time and money.
So what is the whole part of the L-M-S what is the L-M-S?
This could still be some use in the future if we get other parts of the diagram at a later date.
Why do I get a red dot next to my user name.
Why are there pictures missing on some parts of this forum. I am a bit new to this.
Yo Digger the red dot means you're online. The pictures that aren't there, just a little red x, I believe signifies that the pic is no longer on the picture hosting site. If I'm wrong I'm sure someone can shed a better light light on it.
The only "Hawk" posted here I remember was the "CoinHawk" (maybe 2 years ago), don't remember the "Relic Hawk"... Need minimum 200% zoom for view fine.
