I will replace this part by attiny85 with frequency adjustment so there will be 1 capacitor in Tx coil.

I would suggest you first to make it as it is and check how it is working.
Then if you satisfied; make some modifications.
But if you make it first as it is; you will have the perfect "reference" for any further modifications.

There was member of this forum with nickname Geo, from Greece, our dear friend.
But I haven't heard from him for a long time.
...
Anyway... 2 layer pcb, as it is; is much better than to draw single layer.
I know... 2 layer pcb is "pain in the $$$" for homemade diys, ok, I've been there!
But today the situation is much different and lot easier, with existence of services like JLPcb or PCBWay.
They will make 2 layer pcb very fast and cheap, overall: perfect quality for hobby!
With Fedex shipping option you'll get pcb within 10 days anywhere in the world.
So... why bother and drawing another pcb? Uglier, probably larger, probably worse S/N...?
And overall; huge chance to draw it with a lot of mistakes! (my trademark !!!)

Complete magazine file is 47.691 Mb, too large to upoad it and the rest of content is not interesting as the extracted article is.
I could upload it to cloud or give direct link to that particular PDF, but I like it like this, interesting content to be present on forum.
Becuase we have bad experiences from the past with outer links, for one reason or another; many links dies and we don't have the contents available anymore.

I am a slave to old habits and it seems that time has overtaken me!
