you can buy diy kits from pulsdetektor.biz

but you will not find Infos for complete diy by your own, and second i think they will not deliver to the near east at the Moment

if you live in europe your chances are better


in next year 2015 i will start a pulse which can reach up to 8m in ground, with high rated pulsefreq.
