Walk Through Metal detector Circuit digaram

    Here is an easy W/T design:
    • Use a standard PI detector circuit
    • Place the TX coil in one panel (usually the left panel, looking from the entry side)
    • Place the RX coil in the other panel

    Improvements:
    • Split the RX coil into two parallel coils, out-of-phase, which will cancel outside interference signals (see the Garrett photos)
    • Synchronize the TX frequency to a multiple of the power mains (50/60Hz) to minimize interference
    • Use bipolar pulsing on the TX to further minimize interference
    • Add an infrared beam to gate detection only during a walk-through, minimizes false detections and can also serve as a people counter
    • Add ankle boost coils to compensate for floor rebar (see Garrett photos)

      hi carl-NC i have much more delta pluse or hammerhead. can you suggest me some schematic part change coil configuration for walk through metal detector........
