problem with hammer head

Dear Carl,

I am prepare for making hammerhead, I collect all the parts. But here in my country i cannot get following parts in my local market.

NE5534
74HC221

Instead of this which IC I can use.

I have LM318 and 74LS221. But in hammerhead articale I found " this TTL version 74LS221 will not work. I search lots in my local market but there is no CMOS version of this IC. Plaese help me. Already I preapare PCB and bought all other parts.
