diagram for built ear-phone

hello with all I am has research a diagram to build a pair of ear-phones for my detector. I will like that it have there in that Ci a limiting device for the sounds too strong, and that this module is without battery. the band-width must be of 200 htz has 900 htz, like to have an adjustment for volume (that is easy), impedance 150 ohms. I put also the question to know if it would be possible to use pastilles piezo(like detectorpro diver), thus allowing to produce ear-phones watery.
and if is possible a boost low sound .
