Hello friend if you are referring to the two 10k resistors in the power supply scheme and 100k was used on the PCB. It makes no difference they are voltage dividers but use 100k the consumption is lower. in this explanation it is clear it is the same source as the IDX-PRO https://youtu.be/vlk5vB_Y8bI

My English is not very good and you may not understand me.
Look at the 3 images on the PCB that 10k resistor was added by Ivconico on its PCB and it is placed on pin 11 of the 4053 as well as tracks for pins 12 and 13 were added.
My question is: is that to make the circuit work better?
I have completely removed it from my PCB.
