  • Hello friend if you are referring to the two 10k resistors in the power supply scheme and 100k was used on the PCB. It makes no difference they are voltage dividers but use 100k the consumption is lower. in this explanation it is clear it is the same source as the IDX-PRO https://youtu.be/vlk5vB_Y8bI

Just take a good look at the images of # 156.

      • My English is not very good and you may not understand me.
Look at the 3 images on the PCB that 10k resistor was added by Ivconico on its PCB and it is placed on pin 11 of the 4053 as well as tracks for pins 12 and 13 were added.
My question is: is that to make the circuit work better?
I have completely removed it from my PCB.

I mean this resistor on your PCB.Click image for larger version

          • Ok, I get it. the link you gave me had two questions.
about this 10k on the 4053 it doesn't really make sense but if you analyze the IDX-PRO scheme you will also see the same 10k resistor so I decided to leave it.

            • it is useless.
my friend took it from IDX-PRO and didn't notice any difference as the SMW was adapted from other schemes, he ended up bringing this same doubt that already existed in the IDX-PRO

              • Hello. I have a question. Will a sensor from Whites IDX come to Wave (SMW)? It seems that the data of the coils are about the same. Has anyone connected? Thank you

                • I'll also hear about the sensor.Didn't anyone connect?

SMW has nothing to do with Wave.
                    Don't mix it.

                      • About the capacitors of the RX and TX coil does anyone know if it's better to leave it on the board or next to the coil? I saw people putting it next to the coil and applying the resin, improves the results?

                          TX 65 turns AWG 26
                          RX 160 turns AWG 29

I didn't do many tests.220nf capacitor in parallel with the TX coil, worked approximately 25cm to 30cm a 5ct turns coin

                          discrimination cuts everything together
