It is a jpeg picture, and therefore not clear. People use jpeg pictures to obfuscate details. If you need schematics or PCBs presented in full detail, and still have small files, use GIF format.
Jpeg is optimised for compression of photos, and at that only well white-balanced photos. Good luck fixing a photo with an odd hue. For compression of drawings GIF is a far more efficient format anyway, and it doesn't lose details, so just stop using jpeg for drawings.
