      Hi,
yes it's a mod of existing stuff... look at knobs they aren't by tesoro... then the two switches etc

I saw it on a thread "super silver sabre..." on this forum some time ago... but man that made it haven't posted any circuit for mods as far I remember.

But you can made too... just have to mix some of the schematics already here as KT315 suggested.

      It's easy... (for skilled people).

      thread is at : https://www.geotech1.com/thuntings/s...t=super+silver

      Best regards,
      Max

            Hi,
don't remember about compadre schematic, I think I haven't. But I think that original thing was a SilverSabre not Compadre... then with mods it has panel geb and two disc pots... so you need SilverSabre schematic... you can find in its thread in the Tesoro section.

I think he just mounted a pot for GEB on panel thus removing the trimpot from board... so he can adj geb on soil... and gain better sens and less false signals.

Then he add another disc pot and a switch to commutate from one to another... making maybe something similar to manual notch disc (first use one disc setting, then use the other to guess what metal target is).

Seems very easy to replicate... look at schematic of silver.

            Best regards,
            Max

                        Hi Max.
A question about metal detectors schematics. Where do you get them?
I use to spent lots of time surffing the net by new schematics and other stuf.
I had see that most of the schematcs have the same format. So where do you get them, from a magazine, a book, etc.?

                        Regards

Nelson: Not sure about others, But I just created a set of Symbols in my Digital Camera Software
Thats where I design all my schematics.

Almost any Graphic Editor will work.

                          Take care....Gary
PS: Hope we can meet when I'm in Chile in february.

                            Hi,
my source of schematics ? Friends!
Good people that collect them and then send me or exchange with me.

Some things are similar cause same people made them by hand or by cad software.

My problem is organization... I have to made a single device e.g. CD or DVD with all I have... cause so often I save stuff here and there on other stuff then is a problem finding particular stuff when I need it.

I've lot of confusion on my DVDs ...so you can find a spaghetti recipe just near the TGS schematic there !

                            Kind regards,
                            Max
