You should be careful putting artwork up on the web boards as it is still covered by copyright laws. Codan / Minelab will not be too impressed.

A few people have converted the SD2000 to micro control and the detectors work very well.

Nope, it's not!! This has been fought out tooth and nail in the courts previously http://www.answers.com/topic/behringer#Legal_cases

The fact is that PCB would be covered by patent law, as it's a functional device. You can not use one strain of IP law to get cross pollinated protection with another type.
