I have a Tesoro Tejon and the control box fell when the screw fell out and got lost. Anyway, called Tesoro and they told me the size of the screw so I didn't have to send it in. turned out the inside nut was jot glued and it came undone so had to open up the tejon, which the tech told me to do and hold the hut in place while I tightened the screw. Anyway, when the box fell off it pulled one wire from its solder point and I do not know where the wire is supposed to be attached. Tesoro told me ten days plus after they receive it for repairs so that means three weeks without detector. Can anyone help me find where this white wire attaches so I can make a temporary fix? It must have something to do with the second discriminator because it does not work now.

Tesoro Tejon
I have not seen a schematic yet for the Tejon. The best thing to , what I have done in the past. Get a magnifying glass and look at the solder joints there is a possibility you will see a microscopic wire cluster on a solder bubble at the unknown breakoff point. Or a hole on the top side of a pcb board with a bunch of solder on the underside for no reason. Remember with out a schematic one of the troubleshooting laws is "Visual Inspection" . Years ago when I repaired High End Stereo Equipment , we didnt have schematics on everything ,so you learned to troubleshoot by Sight , Smell "something burned out" or whatever test equipment our shop had available. Your more than welcome to post a picture of both sides of the Tejon PCB Board Here. Good luck . Eugene
