i connect the battary opposite way

i not think this is your problem, these stuff have one diode protection
try full charge of bateries, try whit other bateries, may be is one switch o wire disconect

The Manufactuere claims the PCB is coated in Epoxy. For Protection.
If you really need Repair, ask the Manufacturer for Help.
