A friend of mine, send me a few pictures of deepers 8. Last evening i had the intention to send them has i promess here, but a last inconvinience didn´t allow me to do that. So Aft this evening i´ll try to send it.
Alexismex, can you lease tell us how is the performance of this detector?
I had heard from my friend here in Chile, that this detector doen´t work has is advertise from the factory. Any comments will be very helpfull.

I do not have actually a camera...later .
For the performance very good in neutral soil... with 10 inch coil.... air test 85cm .... inside ground 70 cm.for a alu-coca-can ....much much better than pulstar....If you see the schematic ...you will see a small " Deeper-secret" to give the punch for the sensibility ...you must use + 6v and -12v for the Op's.... if you go to a more conservative approach with +5V and -5 V or 6 and 6 you will loose easely 10cm for the alu can and proportional with bigger coil ....

Hi. Please who can tell me about the discri led and potentiometer.
As i see the signal is the same who goes at the analog instrument and to the buzzer.
So nothing special signal for ferrous objects. BUT i see that the suply of the transistor for audio out, is from a 555 that it triggered from the transmiting pulses. So maybe there is a delay for the ferrous or no ferrous. Can anyone tell me about what is happening exactly on the 4070???
Hi.
I checked the oscillator and the pulse delay with a simulator and i found that Q7 can't triger the U9. So U9 gives continue pulses for the audio. But WHY Q7 is connected with pin 2,6 of 555. It is as astable but it must connected as monostable.
Any help for the error???
Does Alexismex can check it??
