      TP = Test Point
      These are points on the board, put there by the designer, for easy measurement of specific signals. Usually there is a single pin at that location where you can hook up an oscilloscope.

              • Make PCB alone.Don't make this detector if is yours first construction.Not for beginners.

                • How does this tone I'd work. Don't see a discrimination pot. No all metal/disc switch? Does tone I'd work with adjustable discrimination or is it just ferrous non ferrous tone id? I see a tune pot a sensitivity pot but no disc pot.

                    • Are you a little more information about making a coil, Vpp voltage and frequency on Tx coil, voltage on Rx coil (zeroing coil - mV) and resonant frequency?
                      regards

                      • Would like to use variable discrimination pot. Why are there no videos of this detector being tested. The video for link above is unavailable. Has anyone completed build of this detector to successful conclusion? Then why not make video to show results? And furthermore, which layout should I use? I counted at least two PCB layouts. Are they for same version or is there some small variation between them. Would have been a bonus to see video of detector being tested on bench. This could encourage more interest.

                        • Schematic and sound output is interesting.
                          Thanks to Sasho Bulgaria,
                          Where do I find the projects drawn by Sasho?

                            You'll need to search the forum. Look for scs threads, sacho BG, etc.
