Whites Surfmaster PI

Recieve a trashed out Whites Surfmaster PI.

It seems to have been swamped out with salt water.

Funny enough the circuit board looks ok exept a few points corroded. Reflow solder would clean it up!

Coil is good. Housing is trashed!

Pots are so rusted, I can't find any ratings on them and I dought if they are working at all.

Any one have a schematic on this beast?

Circuit board is most small!

Hi! I built an Surfmaster PI, and from fixed schematic. Works more than well, but It is a beach detector PI and reacts to everything...(even gold!)
Very very nice detector and I advise anyone who wants a simple PI to go on the beach with it, and be sure to find nice stuff.
