  • Need PI disc. schematics

Hi to All ,I need Pulse İnd. Discrimination schematic or with full Hex software MD . (Without Surfmaster schematic).

    Schematics & PCB - http://fandy.front.ru/Chance.pdf

    Full hex - http://fandy.front.ru/Chance_04.zip

    Coil parametres are critical - L = 400 uH, R = 1,7 Ohm, design (of coil) in a photo.

Now the device passes tests. As a whole results is positive.

        Another links: http://md4u.ru/forum/download.php?id=2731

By the way, in this theme - http://md4u.ru/forum/viewtopic.php?t=3033&start=0 are other variants PCB.

Спасибо Andy F. ''Chance'' how discriminate all metals and how depth.

            Hi Andy_F ,

Can you tell me about use of 7660 in the circuit.
how to control 7660, does 1 hold signal of chip , after TX off , enough for whole RX signal's pass thorugh opamp? to charge caps?
how many hold on signals do I need or how long ? 2us , 5us ?
can you tell me how to control this unit by chip , I want to try circuit by PIC

            kind regards

              Hi.

This typical shemes for 7660, look the datasheet.

                Hi Andy_F

                thanks for your replay ,
I will deal with 7660 by PDF file.
what about your sampling time , what is it by using MCP3200 ?
in mcp 3200 you can not control S&H cap value , so you can not decrease it , is increasing V of opamp enough to feed S&H cap ,
I wonder your sampling time in us s .
to fill 20pf cap you must need more than 10us , am I right?

                kind regards

Surprisingly, but sampling time ("Analog input simple time") also is specified in datasheet of MCP320x . For clock frequency 1 MHz this time is 1,5 uS.

                    Hi Andy ,
yes I read that sampling time equation.
is not the sampling time related to SCK frequency , serial clock frequency.
                    and it is at rates of Fosc / 2 - 4 -16-32-64
your Fosc is around 10Mhz ,

                    this confused me.

and also your 7660 's OSC pin is hold on by battery voltage ,so does not it means continious 10Khz frequency drive , unless Atmega's PIN -ON holds on and break battery hold on connection.

                    regards

                        Hi Andy_F,

why do you need to increase 7660 OSC frequency , and what is the SCL value ?

and why do you need T1 , I see it acts as a cutoff diots and give a kind of disc value as Moodz did once a time ,

                        kind regards

                          Andy_F

there some faults in your pcb which you gave in pdf file.

it seems you used 3 jumpers ,but I think you need more..
                          kind regards
