Don't expect real discrimination. The scheme comes from Poland, and the Poles themselves write that this is pseudo discrimination. In my opinion, this element called "Discrimination" only hampers the operation of the scheme.

Here are two images of the actual PCB.... The detector, I guess was sold under the name "RAMSTAR I" from Poland. It is actually a "PI Polones" with a kind of "discrimination" feature.
The detector PCB is very crude made but it works fine. The component positions from the image is almost identically to the PI-WKL 2003 PCB.

Most PI metal detectors that I have seen do not have good discrimination .
They have an approximate discrimination.

PI do not discriminate .I have not met any pi that discriminate,it is always a deception, get the distance of discriminate ok and it you moves a few centimeters the result change....

what complete information do you want? I have actually not much information on this detector at all. I purchased this used detector from an old lady in the neighbourhood for a few bugs here in Germany. I only saw one very similar detector on YouTube and this one called Ramstar 3 or 4. This was almost identical in making like the one I have and this came from Poland. Inside this detector is nothing much as a PI-Polones circuit with some kind of “discrimination features”. But of course it is not a real discrimination feature, just some delay in the timing circuit.
