WOW

Edward Fletcher on our forum. What took you so long?

Welcome!!
NOW we'll see some good stuff, your reputation precedes you. At last a UK user who KNOWS what they are talking about!! **Bows in respect**.
SOMEWHERE I have a copy of the original Arado 120 schematic (BTW detector designers will always tell you they put dummy bits into circuits to lput "amateurs" off) looking at the one I have AND the schematic AND with over 30 years experience in reverse engineering military and black box stuff, there are NO false bits in what I see, it's ALL a very simple circuit (sorry Edward, I don't mean to have a "go" at you - just detector designers who wind me up by trying to be something they're not).
Got your book on beach hunting EXCELLENT, but...You missed Lligwy in N.Wales off!! The wreck of the Royal Charter spilled most of it's cargo THERE, not Moelfre as most people think, trouble is, Lligwy is full of slag and brick. I know of NO machine, even a Limeban which will work on that beach!
