urgently. I repeat. your way is VERY un-productive.

begin your way in metaldetecting from Hammerhead PI Project. then take attention on TGSL Project.

NO ANOTHER WAY! you need GET UP YOUR LEVEL and to take the garbage from anywhere is only bad idea.

take your attention on Chinese product! -------------->>>>>>>>>> http://www.geotech1.com/forums/showt...hlight=MD-5008

Too late now! He has already decided what he wants to work on - and we all know about it!

Some of us enjoy working on these simple "minimalist" designs. I think the "popular electronics" thread proves this out.

I, for one, welcome yhl's article that he found.

        technos,

that is popular electronics for these people. iraqi folks know strongestly Ohm's law! so we are waiting the chinese people will be not idiots too. GET UP YOUR ELECTRONICS LEVEL, PEOPLE. worldwide!

More practical as possible as simple as possible

I would like to be a simple induction balance detector preferably two 555IC, because I am no engineer I'm just a home appliance repair, but I want a good detector BFO's not deep

Why two 555 IC? To build detector you need only one IC 555.

Induction balance? Where's the schematic? Though I think the "matchless detector" posted above suspicously looks more like a TR.

I'm not sure I understand your post. It takes no skill in making a bomb and hiding in the bushes.

                  Hi technos

I explain myself that BFO if deep enough are acceptable to him too.

                        Hi WM6!

                        That's not how I read YHL's sentence. I read it as -

"I'm just a home appliance repairer. But I want a good detector. BFOs are not deep."

So he wants to move to something else. The only thing is that coils for VLFs are bit more difficult to wind as we all know.

YHL - I'm working on a simpler circuit as time allows. The esteemed REMI group is also working in this area. So when we come up with something we will post it here!

Some of us are reworking some of the simpler Chinese/Bounty Hunter detectors. Occasionally a new schematic shows up in here. This is the first time that I remember seeing the "Matchless" dual 555 design!

easy and simple bfo? you should want in google: bfo saxon, or metal detector home clara is same, or in old geotech projects bfo's, bfo whit two transistor and an ic, or bfo 3 transistor
