I looked at it and I guess it would be a good way to learn how to evaluate a signal using a PIC and an ADC.....

would be a nice start
but i have many trouble with programming micro controllers i have searched many ways to programm a little ATtiny12 but the ways i have seen are unly over evaluation boards via serial port from pc i have such no more on my pc we have 2011 i use usb but i dont find a solution many programmers have problems with usb port
and when i see it right the pic programmers have same problems
i am not ready to invest hundreds of euro for an old style working pc (which works only with windows xp or so) and an expensive good working programmer from atmel or the one for pic controller
has anyone a good tip for me maybe a usb working progrmmer and a dummy software?

USB to Serial port converters
Thats a good way to go I am reliably informedfor people with only USB connectors. If you know that tis one will work with the chip concerned that is really great.
But some of them simply do not work correctly in all situations I am informed, the only one I have never seen complaints about and is one of the cheapest is the one sold for the PICAXE PICs, they are sold in most countries from various suppliers of REV-ED products.
PICAXE is also a type of PIC with a BASIC loader built in and very easy to use and program. Some go to 40Mhz, so speed is not a problem!! They are generally programmed from a COM Port, but when the PC does not have one.......you need a converter.
If you are in the UK look here:- (look here anyway so you can see what you need)

Best of luck.
