I am looking for a kit to build and mess with, but dont know which one....

A ideal MD would be like a PI with great discrimination.

I have seen SILVERDOGS web site and he offers a few kits...but, are there any more?

Hi, Area5.1.

A PI with great discrimination seems to be the goal of many. The Chance PI is probably the closest thing offered by Andy.

If your personal goal is to learn, then a good place to start would be some of the easier PI projects, like Carl's Hammerhead I . The supporting documentation is probably the best that you could find anywhere. http://www.geotech1.com/cgi-bin/page...head/index.dat

Surf PI and the Baracuda kits are excellent as well and you can find enough information in the forum to be successful.
