  • Remove all IC's but leave the ICL7660 on the pcb, then check how much current the pcb is taking from the battery ,must be less then 40 mA ,
    and check if you have + 5volt and ca. -4 volt on the IC sockets look at the color bmp

    Tell the results ?

    • paku i think your problem is same like this guy have,check your board again i am sure u have direct connection in board

        how much current the pcb is taking from the battery ??
        can you tell me what tools i need to test that pcb voltage

                            i have remove all ic and leave ICL7660 i get 7volt on my board
