  • Hello erdin,

sorry, I don't speak turkish. Your translation is correct but makes no sense. It is better, Pasha reads the document.

      • Hi Pasha
I,ve suggestion Why not put full hex file specified number of on/off as 200 times like BIM2 in order to be fully take advantage and at the same time your rights found.
---I hope that you take with all due respect---

                      Hi
I think it does not matter the value of voltage

                          all electrolytic capacitor are 25v
So we can not mix the two (25v and 16v) voltage value.
We must use one of the two values.

25v is perfect for your circuit

                              • below is a quick setup guide, there are some misunderstandings as I saw from your messages
so I put this guide to correct most of you before you complete the device
it is mostly compatible with the original setup guide except first 3 chapter.

                                1- 4094 need to be TTL, 5V, 74hc series
                                - 4051 need to be CMOS, 12V, hc series
                                - GLCD can be WinStar 12864B, you can connect it one by one with a HardDisk cable
                                RX resistors for Winstar12864B are R37:2.2K, R40:6.8K

2- coil resistance can be between 3-4R, inductance need to be minimum 400-500uH,
dampening resistor for coil need to be 680R metalfilm 2W

3- schottky can be byw29e, if you cant't find this part make it short circuit

                                4- see 12V at VD7 pin

5- points need to see 5V
                                - PIC pin 11
                                - U3(4094) pin 16
                                - GLCD pin 14
                                - the jumper just under C25

6- jumper the pins of PIC 11 and 8 (IC powers activated)
don't forget to remove this jumper after test

7- points need to see 12V
                                - D3 (TL062) pin 8

                                - D1 (4066) pin 7
                                - D5 (4066) pin 7
                                - the jumper below R14
                                - the jumper between C28 and C29
                                - Q3 S pin
                                - Q4 S pin

9- put all ICs except PIC and GLCD

10- points need to see +E
                                - D7 (TL062) pin 8

                                11- adjust TR1 to see 6.22V at D6 pin 5

12- points need to measure 180Hz
                                - VD10
                                - R84 and R90
                                - R85
                                - D1 (4066) 5,6,12,13 pins

                                13- you need to see 5.3V at D3A, 1st or 2nd pins
this measurement need to be done between opamps - or + supply pins
forexample you can measure between D3 pin 1 and D2 pin 4 or pin 8
if you can't see this measurement
problem source can be one these:
                                - VD12-VD15 diodes damaged
                                - R78, R83 100K resistors are not true
                                - D3 opamp damaged

                                14- TE9 line (t1 collector) need to between 7-9V
if not, problem source can be:
if gain high TE9 line can be greater than 11.2V
if gain is low 2N7000s or 4066s are damaged
