From the screenshot of the software you have one of those horrible Chinese Eprom programmers. IMHO they are WORTHLESS! I have no managed to correctly program a single PIC with the one I bought to date yet the Dataman programmer I have works fine using the same .HEX files.

Try a different (better quality) PIC programmer such as EPIC or Dataman. YES they cost more, but they save you hours of wasted time.

--use different JDM programmer ,the error from JDM hardware.
-I use two different JDM programmer Homemade .
-There is no relationship between non-programmable PIC and the lack of lighting of the LCD display you can display illumination without PIC ,,PIC for Data only.
-Maybe there is something mis and solves!

I have 2 PIC damaged (but firstly it display the data on the screen).
but now I have no display ( the 2 damaged PICs and also the new well PIC ).
I want to say that the problem is on the card ( because I find VD15 is damaged, I change it)

and it maybe there is another or more componants are damaged

take care, that the controller of the GLCD is KS0108. There are other controllers on some GLCDs that dont work with programmed pic. I bought one at ebay as mini 12864, which has this controller and its size is only 54x50mm so that it fits in several boxes. the other "standard" displays i would have to mount on the top of my box, what i didnt want, hehe. Mentioned GLCD costs 13 Euros incl. shipping.

-changed the 3 diodes to will have -E,TEST+E,,,
-Follow from start pdf to test step by step to find the error,,,
- is the LCD light---> if OK---> GO TO PIC +( different JDM programmer to be sure from), test each pic in read only--->its a sign its true .
-LCD light--->its a sign the pcb good.
-Delta is Delta, is considered deeper as he accepts the development ,It is development to improve the performance of that every developer has the direction of the development.So each and every one of them will be better if you get a good coil and good components and followed the instructions carefully you will get good results and be better Delta --- As ( PIM-2 , DP3 ).
-I do two , two as the same.

when I finished the project
I got a best result, I had a single problem ( the pic can not detect the coil).

but now I have this big problem

I had changed the 3 diodes.
before I change the 3 diodes , i test it , all are well.

I mesure the +12,-12,+5, and +E =+2.1v
But I did not mesured the -E ( because I do not know the value of +E and -E)

+E=+12V , -E=-10.6V
- can not detect the coil , u need to adj TR1.
-RE, IN PHOTO in reply#281 ,there Open its cotroll ON it come from the PIC ----->FOLLOW pdf to test +E=12v
